START BY CREATING YOUR ROOMS

Your restaurant might have a bar, a lounge or a main dining room. Create the room(s) in your restaurant by hitting ADD ROOM and update the following:

  1. Add a suitable Room Name

  2. Tick the box Online Booking if your guest should be able to book tables in this room

  3. Tick the box Show Online if your room should be visible for guests when they book a table. If you don't want guests to choose in which room they are seated, leave this option unmarked.

  4. Mark as ACTIVE and hit SAVE.

  5. Repeat this step for every room you create and click BACK TO LIST to return to your overview

Note: All saved rooms will appear as a list. You can edit them by clicking the pencil icon and drag and drop the order of them under TABLES.

ADD YOUR TABLES

Click on TABLES in the left side menu, hit ADD TABLE in the top right corner and update the following information:

  • Fill out Table Name to be able to identify it. The guest will never see the table name.

  • Give your table a Minimum Guest and a Maximum Guests that you can accommodate in that table. For manual reservations you can always manipulate this.

  • Choose the Room in which room the table is located.

  • Assign a Priority, this determines which table gets booked first when a reservation is made online. The order starts from Highest (tables reserved first) to Lowest (tables reserved last). This is optional.

  • Choose the Shape of the table. This is optional.

  • Tick off the box Active.

  • Tick off Book Only in Combination if the table should be booked only in combination with another table and never standalone. This is optional.

CREATE TABLE COMBINATIONS

There are 2 different types of table combinations. A regular combination means that the tables are predetermined and can only be used according to the pax limit set. A dynamic combination means that all tables can be used in all possible combinations.
โ€‹
โ€‹Example of a dynamic combination: Table 1 (with 1-4 pax), Table 2 (with 1-3 pax), and table 3 (with 2-4 pax) are set up as a dynamic combination. The tables can be booked either one by one or in a combination like:

  • 1+2 - 1+2+3 - 1+3

  • 2+1 - 2+3+1 - 2+3

  • 3+1 - 3+2+1 - 3+2

To create a table combination select TABLE COMBINATION in the left side menu and hit ADD COMBINATION.

  • Select the tables you want to combine.

  • Select Minimum and Maximum Guests of the combination.

  • Choose the Priority of the table combination.

  • Select Active and SAVE.

Your combination is now active and the booking system will place online bookings according to your tables and table combinations.

CREATE A TABLE PLAN

Select TABLE PLAN in the left side menu. Choose which room's Table Plan to create in the upper right drop down menu. You can add your tables, structures, shapes and decor to customise your table plan.

Design your floor plan by dragging and dropping each icon to the desired place in the grey area below.

Customise your table

  • Double-click the table. A small menu will appear. Here, change the name of the table and the size, rotate it or delete it from the floor plan. Remember to save.

  • Add different structures, shapes and decor so that the TABLE PLAN represents the exact layout of your restaurant.

    • In STRUCTURE, find icons for walls, bathrooms, stairs, doors or windows.

    • In SHAPES, find different shapes to include in your layout.

    • In DECOR, choose icons for a plant, piano, sofa, playground or armchair.

Remember to create the table plan for each room in your restaurant. When finished, you can see the table plan in DASHBOARD under TABLE PLAN.
