Understanding Settings

Learn how to access and update your restaurant's name, contact info, language, time zone, logo and more in General Settings.

SET UP AND UPDATE GENERAL SETTINGS

Note: You need a manager account to access Settings and make changes. If you do not have manager access, contact our Support Team.

1. Log in to your Partner account.

2. From DASHBOARD, click the menu icon in the top left corner. A new window will appear, click SETTINGS.

3. From the top, click GENERAL for General Settings.

From GENERAL SETTINGS, you can update:

1. The NAME of the restaurant.

2. CONTACT INFO: This information appears in emails sent to guests.

  • Note: To use Map Coordinates, search for the restaurant or address on Google maps. Right-click and select "What's Here?". Copy the geographical coordinates and paste to Map Coordinates.

3. SOCIAL MEDIA: Insert your Facebook or Instagram URL. This information appears in emails sent to guests.

4. REGIONAL SETTINGS:

  • Guest Experience Default Language – The language you want to use. English is the default.

  • Time Zone – The time zone your restaurant is in.

5. PAYMENT SETTINGS: The currency used at your restaurant.

6. LOGO & BACKGROUND: Upload your logo and background photo either in JPEG or PNG format.

We recommend:

  • White logo: Upload your logo with a transparent background. You can also add an animated logo in GIF format. The maximum size of the logo is 500Kb.

  • Background photo: Use a picture of at least 900x900 pixels. You can also add an animated background in GIF format. The maximum size of the background photo is 1Mb.

You can always update the background and logo when needed. Check out the result by going to your booking website.


SUPERB RES FOR IPHONE SETTINGS

With the RES app for iPhone, you can switch between restaurants on the settings page without needing to log out.

Search the list and tap on the restaurant you'd like to view. The app will sync and keep information up-to-date.
