How to create a list of allergy and dietary requirements for guests to choose from.

CREATE A LIST OF ALLERGY AND DIETARY REQUIREMENTS

1. From DASHBOARD, click SETTINGS and select ADVANCED.

2. Find ALLERGIES AND DIETARY REQUESTS.

3. Click EDIT.

4. In the new window, add the message that guests see when they book.

5. To add the allergy and dietary restrictions of your restaurant, click the button in the left corner.

6. In the new window, choose the dietary restrictions from the list.

The selected tags will appear on the Confirm your Booking page. Here, guests can choose their preferences.

Once a booking is made, those preferences will be added to their profile.

The tags let you collect insights on how many guests have specific allergies.

Note: Different allergies and dietary restrictions can be chosen for each guest in larger parties.


WHY IS IT IMPORTANT FOR GUESTS TO NOTIFY YOU OF DIET AND ALLERY REQUIREMENTS?

You should ask for dietary requirements to identify food allergies in advance.

Food allergies range from mild to extremely severe, and it's important to have this information beforehand to better prepare and provide the best possible experience.

With Superb, guests are allowed to choose from a list of allergies and dietary restrictions that you can accommodate in your restaurant.
