2. Choose NEW WALK-IN.

3. In WALK-IN, add the following:

  • TIME

  • Number of GUESTS

  • GUEST NAME

Note: DO NOT SELECT a table. This will make sure that the booking goes on the Standby List.

CHECK THE STANDBY LIST

1. From DASHBOARD, click the check icon under the +. (You must be on DAY VIEW.)

2. In the new window, you'll see:

  • Cancellations (when you click the x icon)

  • Standby List (the second icon)

  • Current Reservations (the third icon – check icon)

3. Click the second icon.

You'll see the name of the standby guest and how many minutes they've waited.

4. Once guests are added to the Standby List, add their email to their profile by clicking on the name of the reservation.

5. In the EDIT RESERVATION window, add information to their guest profile.

MOVE A GUEST FROM STANDBY TO THE DASHBOARD

1. Access the Standby List as explained above.

2. Click the letter T.

3. In the new window, assign the standby guest to a table.

When the guest has a table, the booking automatically moves to the time grid on DAY VIEW.
