EDIT AND UPDATE EMAIL TEMPLATES
1. From DASHBOARD in your partner account, click the menu icon in the top left corner. Select SETTINGS.
2. Click EMAILS. Choose which email template you want to change. Click the pencil next to the template to edit.
For Non-Experience Emails:
Your confirmation email template is under Booking Confirmed.For Emails with Experiences:
Your confirmation email template is under Booking Confirmed Ticket.
3. Customise the sender and email. Add the name of your restaurant and the email this message will be sent from. Switch the language by clicking the drop-down menu next to Email.
4. Add or change the text of the email. Do not remove or change the text in the brackets. These collect important guest information and update automatically.
5. The Terms and Conditions your guest will read when receiving the email are at the bottom. You can edit the text, but do not remove or change the text in the brackets. These collect important guest information and update automatically.
6. Click SAVE.
Go back to the main EMAILS page by clicking BACK TO LIST.
Repeat these steps for emails you want to send to your guests.
Note: There is no option to write your own messages – only to customise the templates available.
EDIT AND UPDATE SMS TEMPLATES
1. From DASHBOARD, click the menu icon in the top left corner. Select SETTINGS.
2. Click SMS.
Note: SMS templates have a limit of 160 characters so they send as a single text message.
You can edit the text but do not remove or change the text in the brackets. These collect important guest information and update automatically.
CHANGE THE REMINDER TIME OF EMAILS AND SMS
1. From DASHBOARD, click on the menu icon in the top left corner. Select SETTINGS.
2. Click ADVANCED. A new page will open.
3. Scroll down to SMS and EMAIL. From the drop-down menu, choose the desired reminder time.
4. Click SAVE.

GXM keeps guests informed about their booking status while allowing you to customise your emails and SMS. You can choose which languages to use (you can choose more than one) and different types of notifications sent to your guests.
In the templates below, do not remove or change the text in the brackets. These collect important guest information and update automatically.
1. Confirmation Template

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations or any changes regarding arrival time and reductions in the number of guests must happen at least {{cancellationNotice}} hours before the confirmed arrival time. We cannot guarantee your reservation if you do not have any changes confirmed with us before arrival.

This is a confirmation for your reservation for a table for {{guests}} on {{arrivalDay}}, {{arrivalDate}} at {{arrivalTime}}

2. Cancellation Template

3. Reminder Template
