The Search Function feature provides you and your team with an easy and quick way to find specific guests, reservations, experiences, gift cards, and more.
To use the function you need to follow these steps:
1. Click on the magnifying glass icon located at the top right corner of the page.
2. Type in keywords.
To look up a guest: enter the email or name you are searching for.
To look up specific notes or updates: enter a word or sentence included in the note you are looking for.
To look up experiences: enter the name of the experience.
Note that check for internal Alerts, click the bell icon located beside the search icon in the top right corner, and all alerts for the chosen date will be shown.
