How to tender a bill, change currency, split a bill or keep a tab open for guests.

TENDER THE BILL

1. Press TENDER and the app will take you to the payment window.

2. Select the tender type – CASH, CARD, or MISCELLANEOUS. Miscellaneous includes gift cards, MobilePay, etc. Set these up in your Back office.

3. After selecting the payment tender, click TENDER to complete the transaction.


KEEP A TAB OPEN (PARK A BILL)

1. Click the icon with 3 dots in the top right corner.

2. Select PARK BILL.

3. Type the number of the table or the name of the guest in the description.

4. The bill will be saved in your POS app. To access it again, press the 3 dots and click PARKED BILLS.

SPLIT A BILL AND PAY SEPARATELY

1. Press TENDER.

2. In the top left corner, select SPLIT.

3. Choose the item(s) the guest(s) want to pay for separately.

4. Select the tender type: CASH, CARD or MISCELLANEOUS. Click TENDER.

If the guest pays cash, enter the amount and the system will calculate the change that needs to be returned.

Note: The POS app can divide the bill into several payments.

Example: Two products together cost 70 DKK, and a customer pays 50 DKK in cash and the remaining 20 DKK on a card.

  • Enter 50 DKK and press CASH and TENDER.

  • The remaining amount will be displayed at the top of the bill.

  • Complete the payment by pressing the CARD option and TENDER.


CHANGE CURRENCY

1. Press TENDER.

2. In the payment window, select CURRENCY in the top right corner.

3. Select the currency. The bill will be automatically calculated in the selected currency.

4. Complete the transaction by choosing a payment option and clicking TENDER.
