Here are a few easy steps to connect your POS app to the printer.

1. Make sure the printer is turned on as well as the Bluetooth or Wi-Fi function of your iPad.

2. Open you POS app and click on Settings. You can find the Settings icon in the upper left corner on the main page.

2. The BACK OFFICE page will show up at the screen. On the left side you will see list of different functions. Click on SETTINGS

3. The Menu will show you few options. Click on PRINTERS. Here the app will show you Other available printers, just tap on the printer you want to select . Once the printer is connected with your POS app it will be shown in My Printers section.
