In this article:
REDEEM GIFT CARDS
1. Log in to your Partner account.
2. From DASHBOARD, select the menu icon in the upper left corner. A small window will pop up, click GIFT CARDS.
3. Search for the gift card from the search bar using the emails of the sender or receiver or the gift card ID code.
4. Click REDEEM.
Once a gift card balance has been used, the redeem option will be greyed out.
5. In the new window, specify the amount the guest paid with the gift card and click SAVE.
Note: If the amount used is less than the total gift card amount, type in only the used amount and save it. The system will show the amount left on that gift card.
REDEEM GIFT CARDS IN IPAD RES
Any gift cards purchased through your website or added manually within the Superb web or iPad app will be listed on your Gift Card page.
To redeem an amount:
Click REDEEM and enter the amount used during the visit.
The balance will update and the remaining amount can be used at another visit.
To redeem an experience:
Click REDEEM and SAVE.
Note: You can edit the details of a gift card by clicking EDIT.
