Depending on your setup, your bookings might have different symbols attached to them.
TEXT BOX SYMBOL
Indicates that the guest has added a note to their online booking.
Hover over the reservation to see the note.
GHOST SYMBOL
This means that the no-show fee is enabled and the guest has added their credit card details.
If this reservation ends with a no-show, you can charge the no-show fee.
CREDIT CARD SYMBOL
This means that the guest has prepaid for the experience.
This is only used for prepaid experiences and events. Double-click the booking to see the amount paid.
