How to use and manage your waiting list.

WHAT IS THE WAIT LIST?

The waiting list feature (waitlist feature) lets you fill available seats caused by late cancellations and no-shows, letting you reach full capacity.



HOW DO GUESTS ADD THEMSELVES TO THE WAITLIST?

When you're fully booked, guests can add themselves to the waiting list from your Guest Experience page.

A red dot means that only the wait list is available.



SEE YOUR WAITING LIST ON THE PARTNER PLATFORM

To see who is on your waitlist, click waiting list in the upper corner of the DASHBOARD.



REMOVE A GUEST FROM THE WAITING LIST AND CONFIRM THE RESERVATION

To remove a guest from the Waiting List, you need to manually assign them to a table.

1. Click the reservation from the waiting list to open the booking.

2. Change the status of the booking to Confirmed.

3. Select a new table for the reservation. Note: If the table window is pink, it means that it has an existing reservation.

4. To send an email confirmation to the guest, click Send Email Confirmation.

5. Click Save. You will now see the confirmed booking on your dashboard!

NOTE:
If you do not want the waitlist feature, contact support to disable it for you.
