In this article:
YELLOW
Yellow indicates that a booking is on hold.
If it's made online, the guest has 15 minutes to complete the booking.
If they take longer than 15 minutes, the booking will expire and the table will automatically be released for a new reservation.
ORANGE
Orange means that the booking has been completed online.
All orange reservations are confirmed guests.
GREEN
Green reservations are waiting for reconfirmation from the guest.
If you have reconfirmation enabled, an email will be sent to the guest. The booking will be green until the reservation is reconfirmed.
GREY
Grey reservations are completed.
