MARK THE BOOKING AS PARTIAL NO SHOW
If you collect credit card information in your booking flow and only part of the guests show up for the reservation, you can mark reservations as a partial no-show.
When marking a booking as partial no-show, in the left hand side menu under NO SHOWS you will have the possibility to deduct the no-show fee for some guests of the reservation by clicking on PARTIAL CHARGE.
Please note that marking a booking as partial no-show is irreversible. However, it does not automatically deduct the no-show fee from the credit card, as this must be done in the NO SHOW tab as per full no-shows.
CHARGE THE PARTIAL NO-SHOW FEE TO THE CREDIT CARD
Open the left-hand side bar menu and click on NO SHOWS. Select the desired period you want to see your no-shows for.
Under PARTIAL CHARGE select the number of guests for whom you want to deduct the no-show fee and hit SAVE to charge the credit card.
