CHECK IF YOUR PRINTER IS CONNECTED

On the front of the printer you have 2 lights:

  1. Blue light that shows it has power

  2. Green light that shows it's connected to the ethernet. If the green light is blinking it means it's trying to connect. If there is no green light then the printer has not connection to the ethernet.

Try to unplug the ethernet cable and reconnect it again to make sure the printer starts to connect to the internet.

If this step did not work please check if your router is turned on and is connected. If there is no internet in your internet ports or dongle it means your router/switch is turned off.

PRINTER IS FLASHING RED

If the power light is flashing red, the paper needs to be refilled or adjusted.

The paper should not be more than 80mm in width which you can buy online. It's called thermal rolls 80mm.

PRINTER IS PRINTING BLANK ORDERS

If the printer is printing out blank orders you need to switch the paper roll around in the printer.

PRINTER IS BLINKING GREEN

If the internet light is blinking green, there is an internet issue.

  1. Make sure the ethernet cables are connected to the printer and the router.

  2. Make sure there is a connection to the internet.

  3. Turn off the printer. Wait 10 seconds and turn it back on.

  4. Remove the ethernet cable. Wait 10 seconds and plug it back in.

  5. Check if your router is turned on. If none of these works then you need to contact your internet provider.

It may be that you have wifi but that your internet ports in the wall do not have any internet connected to them. In this case contact your internet provider or we can help you install a wifi dongle to let printers run via the wifi.

THE PRINTER IS CONNECTED BUT ORDERS ARE NOT PRINTING

1. Make sure that the printer is assigned to categories in the POS app.

  • Go to SETTINGS and CLOUD PRINTERS.

  • Here you'll see the categories from the POS back office. Make sure that the printer is connected to the right categories.

2. Press Assign Printer and choose the printer that this item should print on.
