Learn how to create and update experiences and events

Updated over 2 weeks ago

Step 1: Create the content of the experience

Important: Remember toggle on "Show experiences" under the Experience section.

First, follow this 1-minute Product Tour to get started.

Please note if you're creating an event, select This is an event. In this case, only guests with the private experience link will be able to book.

Step 2: Create the rules for the experience

Please note, your experiences will not work before the rules are correct. You can always contact us in support to set them up or check that you've done it right.

Optional fields under Advanced Availability Settings are:

  • Max Total Guests

  • Max Bookings

  • Duration

  • Turnaround Time

  • No-show activation and price (please note, if it is the first time you are using the no-show feature, contact support to make sure your account is correctly set up)

OBS! We advise that when creating a new event you attach a reservation policy to it. Here is how.

Note: If you have specific requirements for each time slot available to book (i.e. every 30 min you can only accommodate 5 guests), reach out to Support.

If you want other experiences/regular bookings closed on the day of the newly added experience, contact Support.
