GETTING STARTED WITH YOUR NEW TERMINAL
Connect the terminal to a power supply, then press and hold the power button until the display turns on.
Select your language from the welcome screen.
Connect your terminal to Wi-Fi:
On the Setup Wi-Fi screen, select the + sign.
Turn on the WLAN toggle switch.
Select a Wi-Fi network from the list, or select the + sign and add the name (SSID) of the Wi-Fi network.
Enter the Wi-Fi password.
Select OK.
On the Confirm store screen, assign the terminal to your store by selecting the checkmark button. If the store shown is not your store, use the edit button to change it.
You are now ready to use your terminal for payments.
Note: The model of most terminals is S1E unless another device has been approved and sent to you.
CHANGE THE TERMINAL LOGO
From the side menu, select Point of sale and then Terminal settings.
Tap Customization, scroll down to Logo and tap Replace image.
Upload the image you want to use as the background/logo for your terminal.
CHANGE THE TIPPING OPTIONS
From the side menu, select Point of sale and then Terminal settings.
Tap Payment features.
Scroll down to Tipping. Here, you can configure different tipping options for your terminal.
