Before troubleshooting, confirm the two points below:

  1. Ensure the iPad and terminal are on the same wifi-network

  2. Ensure the IP address and terminal model + serial number in the POS match those on the terminal.

How to do:

IPAD: Go to the POS APP. Flip the screen to access Backoffice >
Settings > Terminal > on the right side on the top click on Adyen (Wi-FI) and
check the Ip address and serial number (make sure the serial number entails
“S1E-"

Fix 1:

Log into the POS backoffice on web. This can be on safari on iPad if easier, this is the URL https://pos.superbexperience.com/login, use your master user email and password.

1. Go to Settings -> Registers.

2. Select the register for the relevant cafe from the list on the left.

3. Uncheck and check the box that says "this is an integrated card terminal" and hit update.

4. Log all the way out of the POS to the master user page and log back in again.

5. Go to terminal page and tap log in if the terminal is not already green again.

Fix 2:

IPAD: Go to the POS APP. Flip the screen to access backoffice > Settings > Terminal > on the right side on the top click on Adyen (Wi-FI) > Hit “Disconnect”

Now you should see a button on the top right called “Select integration” > tap on Adyen under Wi-Fi.

You now need to enter the IP address and serial number of your card terminal. Take your CARD TERMINAL, tap on Settings and then Device info.

IP address:
1. Under Wi-fi address you can see the IP address, please enter this number in
the first row and use all the dots.

2. Serial Number
You can find the serial number in the Device info as well.
Enter the Device name (S1E) followed by a dash (-) and then the serial
number (eg. 000150205012890) = S1E-000150205012890. Do not enter
any spaces and make sure to use the same capitalisation shown on the
terminal under device info. Then hit Save.

Now it should show that the selected terminal is connected.

If you flip the screen again and go back to your table view, the card terminal icon should show green.

Do a test: Open a table, add a customer product for 1 DKK and tender it.

If the icon is still not green, but yellow, then you should follow the below steps to download the Device Ayden certificate

1. Tap Download certificate. Your internet browser will open and then a popup, asking you to allow download of a configuration profile. Press Allow, press close.

2. Go to device (iPad) settings > General. Scroll down and tap on Profiles. If you don't see profiles, tap on VPN & Device Management, then on Profiles.

3. Tap on your newly downloaded Adyen profile called "Adyen Live Terminal Fleet Root", then tap on 'Install' in the top right corner. Enter your device password then tap install.

4. Once it is installed, the word 'Done' will appear in the top right corner.

5. After it installs, go back to General section of your iPad, scroll to the top and tap on 'About'.

6. Scroll to the bottom and tap on Certificate Trust Settings.

7. Toggle the switch to enabled position on your newly installed Adyen certificate.
8. Return to POS app, go to settings → terminal and click log in.
