Cancel a reservation

Learn how to cancel a booking and view all cancelled reservations. Undo cancelled bookings and manage and update cancellation notices.

MANUALLY CANCEL A BOOKING

OPTION 1 – ONE-CLICK:

1. From DASHBOARD, single-click the booking you want to cancel on the grid in Day View.


2. In the new window, select CANCEL.

3. Click OK.

OPTION 2 – DOUBLE CLICK :

1. From DASHBOARD, double-click the booking you want to cancel on the grid in Day View.

2. In EDIT RESERVATION, change the status of the booking to Cancelled.

3. Click SAVE.


VIEW ALL CANCELLED BOOKINGS

1. From DASHBOARD, click the X (button) at the top right side of the screen.

2. The CANCELLATION LIST will appear.


RETRIEVE CANCELLED BOOKINGS

If you accidentally cancelled a booking and want to bring it back to the DASHBOARD, follow these steps:

1. From DASHBOARD, click the X (button) at the top right side of the screen.

2. Select the cancelled booking you want to bring back.


3. In EDIT RESERVATION, change the status of the reservation to New Booking.


4. Select an available table.


5. Click SAVE.


CHANGE OR UPDATE THE CANCELLATION NOTICE

1. From DASHBOARD, click SETTINGS and select ADVANCED.

2. In ONLINE BOOKING, go to Cancellation Notice. Choose a suitable cancellation notice from the dropdown.

3. Click SAVE.
