Update your restaurant's email address

Change and edit the email address used to send emails to guests.

Note: The email address needs to be updated in 2 places: General Settings and Email Templates.

UPDATE EMAIL IN GENERAL SETTINGS

1. From DASHBOARD, click the menu icon and select SETTINGS.

2. In GENERAL settings, change the email address under CONTACT INFO.

3. Click SAVE.


UPDATE EMAIL IN EMAIL TEMPLATES

1. From DASHBOARD, click the menu icon and select SETTINGS.

2. Select EMAILS from the menu bar.

3. Click the pencil icon to edit each email template.

4. Update the email address in From Email.


​Note: Make sure you changed the email in every language form.


​5. Click SAVE every time you update a form.


RECEIVE NOTIFICATIONS FOR EVERY BOOKING

1. From DASHBOARD, click the menu icon and select SETTINGS.

2. Click ADVANCED.

3. Scroll down to EMAIL. In the CC Email field, add the email you want notifications sent to.

4. Click SAVE.

Each time a booking is made, you will receive a copy of the confirmation email as well.
