SET UP GIFT CARDS
Gift cards are an added feature that can be activated at any time.
To set up gift cards, contact support and provide the following:
The minimum and maximum amount your gift cards will be sold for.
Active financial form. If this is the first time you use Superb to accept payments, please contact the support team to enable online payments.
We will enable gift cards and send you the link where guests can buy them online. The link can be added to your website or social media.
Note: You can activate a 'Send by post' option. The buyer (sender) will pay for the postage. You must manually print and package the gift card if want to send it by mail.

Any gift cards purchased via your website or added manually within the Superb web or iPad app will be listed on your Gift Card page.
Note: You can search by gift card code, receiver name or receiver email. The columns can also be sorted.
GIFT CARDS: WHAT THE GUEST SEES
When a person enters the gift card link, they can either buy a gift card with an amount or purchase an experience:
Gift cards are sent to guests as a pdf via email. The person who buys the gift card will receive an email with the receipt. This is how the emails and the pdf look:
