How to set up gift cards - Partner
Gift cards are an optional feature you can activate anytime.
Go to Settings in Partner
Under General settings, select Gift cards
Toggle them on
and set the min/max amount and expiration
Bonus: Customise the gift card PDF in your chosen language and English. Here is how:
Click “Get Preview” to download your PDF.
Finally, add your gift card link to your website or social media.
How to manage gift cards - iPad and Partner
Go to Gift Cards in the left menu
Search by code, receiver name, or email
To redeem, click “Redeem”, then “Save” – the gift card will be marked as used

Gift Card Emails – What to Expect
To see the full flow, open your gift card link (found in Partner > Gift Cards).
Here’s what happens:
Receiver gets an email with the gift card details and PDF
Sender gets a confirmation email with the gift card info
Buyer receives a purchase receipt
To test the flow, create a manual gift card and use your own email addresses.
