In this article:
CREATE A GIFT CARD
1. From your DASHBOARD, click GIFT CARDS in the menu. From this page, you can either create a gift card or resend an existing one.
2. From the LIST OF GIFT CARDS page, click the ADD GIFT CARD button in the top right corner.
3. In the NEW GIFT CARD window, add the amount or experience and the sender's and receiver's details. Make sure Email to sender and Email to receiver are selected.
4. Click SAVE.
RESEND A GIFT CARD
1. From the LIST OF GIFT CARDS page, use the emails of the sender or receiver, or the gift card ID code, to find the gift card.
2. Once the desired voucher is found, click the icon next to REDEEM. This button will allow you to open and edit the information about the gift card.
3. Make sure that the email addresses are correct and Email to sender and Email to receiver are selected.
4. Click SAVE. This will send a new copy of the gift card to the sender and recipient.
CREATE GIFT CARDS IN IPAD RES
Any gift cards purchased through your website or added manually within the Superb web or iPad app will be listed on your Gift Card page.
Select ADD GIFT CARD and fill in the required information. Both amount and experience gift cards can be added on iPad.
