You can sell Giftcards or experiences via Superb's online platform which is included in your subscription. The legal requirements around Giftcards require you to record the gift card sale when the gift card is being used by the guest. Not when it's bought.

Follow these steps to record Giftcards correctly:

1. From your Backoffice, click on Setting and then Tender Types. Here you can create two tender types: Giftcards and Prepayments.

2. Create the bill as you normally would, now when its time to clear the payment, click Tender. If the guest is paying with Giftcards or a Prepayment, in your POS app you have to click on Miscellaneous as a tender option.

3. A small window will show up, giving you the option to choose between the different tender types you created beforehand. Click the correct choice here and press OKAY.

4. The payment will now be completed using a Giftcard or Prepaid Experience.
