We implemented a new feature - an automated Thank You email

Thank you email is a feature that can enable an email to be sent 12 hours after the booking is compleated. An email will only be sent if you turn the feature ON in your Advanced settings.

An example of how a Thank you email can look like is shown in the picture below.

The feature is turned off by default and have to be manually activated.

Here is how to do it:

1. From your DASHBOARD go to SETTINGS and then click on ADVANCED tab.

2. Scrow downt to thee function E-MAIL. From the drop-down menu in the field

Thank You click on the option ON.

3. Click on the button SAVE.


You can change the from name, from email, subject and the content of it.

Note that If you use other languages than English, the translation needs to be added by you.
