The short answer is yes they do! Our most recent guest survey shows that indeed 55% of restaurant goers would like to receive newsletters and be kept up to date by their favorite restaurants.

You should be emailing your guests because repeat guests are better. Why?

  • They are easier winning back because they already know you

  • They spend more money after their first visit

  • They generate positive word of mouth for your business.

"What should I even write in my newsletter?"

Guests wants to hear about menu changes, receive promotional offers, know about your upcoming events, receive your recipes, get some behind the scenes content and much much more.

We've did a little brainstorming for you, and came up with some bullet proof ideas for you to get started:

Fill your restaurant with regulars

Your most loyal guests are your ambassadors, and their word-of-mouth has double the value of anybody else's. Why don't you invite them back and offer them a glass or a starter on the house, a discount on the food bill, or a specific promotion for them when they visit you on week days?
