I created a new product but it's not printing to my kitchen printer

Here you can troubleshoot why a newly created product is not printed to your kitchen printer

There a few steps you need to check off in order to make a product printer to your desired printer.

  1. When you create your product in the POS backoffice make sure to mark the product as "requires preparation" then the POS app will know that this product needs to be printed to a desired printer.


  2. Assigning a category to a specific printer in your POS app. You have already complete step one and associated the product to a specific category. Now make sure to associate the category to a specific printer.

    On your POS app: Go to Settings > Cloud printers > Assign a printer to a specific category as the instructions below. Your product will now print to the desired printer.
