If you are a busy restaurant and need to connect multiple iPad stations to one printer - then you need to connect via WIFI or Ethernet cabled connection in order to reach the best stability during service.

Both models come with Wi-Fi or Bluetooth.
If you are a small restaurant and only need to have 1 iPad station with 1 printer then using a bluetooth printer for a quick setup is the best.
