Refund a bill

RETURN MENU ITEMS AND PRODUCTS

1. Select the table and click RETURN in the upper right corner of the App.

2. In the new window, click ENTER RETURN MODE.

3. All menu items turn red when return mode is ON.

4. Select the item to be returned. It will appear on the bill with the option to add a reason for return.

5. Click ADD TO TABLE and the return will be subtracted from the bill.


RETURN OR REFUND ON A PAID BILL

1. Select the table and click RETURN.

2. In the new window, click ENTER RETURN MODE. You will see RETURN STATUS ACTIVATED.

3. Select the item(s) to be returned and click TENDER. The return amount will be indicated with a minus sign (-).

4. Choose to refund by CASH or CARD.

  • To make refunds via cards, press 8 + the green button on your payment terminal (requires your admin pin).

  • Enter the refund amount and present the card.

Note: With card transactions, the refund could take a few bank days to appear in the guest's account. Differences may occur from country to country.
