The Dashboard is the default page that opens when you log into your management account. This page has 4 different viewing options: Day View, Table Plan, List View, and Month View
DAY VIEW
Note: DAY VIEW is the Dashboard's default mode.
Access this view by clicking the first tab located under the DASHBOARD bar.
The DAY VIEW mode is shown as a grid with the names of the rooms indicated on the left side. The corresponding tables are under the names of the rooms.
From this view, you have a full overview of your bookings for today, tomorrow and next week. You can access this information by clicking on the tab under the desired time frame.
Press the small X to see cancellations.
Press the small checkmark for a quick overview.
TABLE PLAN
The TABLE PLAN viewing mode shows a floor plan of each room.
This viewing mode allows you to see where tables are placed in your restaurant, divided by rooms.
To move between rooms, click the dropdown menu located in the top right corner.
Note: Reservations will become visible in the TABLE PLAN mode by clicking the time frame bar located at the top.
LIST VIEW
The LIST VIEW mode shows all of the bookings for the day as a list.
Print the list by clicking the printer icon in the top right corner.
Note: The LIST VIEW mode is the only one with a printing option.
MONTH VIEW
The MONTH VIEW mode is a calendar view that shows you the total reservations booked for the entire month.
You can also see these totals per week in front of the week number.
Note: When clicking on a date, you will be redirected to the DAY VIEW mode of that specific date.
