Collect a guest's credit card information

See how to manually collect credit card information to secure a booking.

COLLECT CREDIT CARD INFORMATION

1. Change the status of the booking to Hold and select COLLECT CREDIT CARD INFORMATION.

This will send an email and text to the guest asking for their credit card details.

Note: A text message is sent only if you've added the phone number of the guest.

2. When they've entered the details, the booking will change colour to gold and have a credit card symbol on it.

Note: This feature only collects credit card details. It does not charge the card.
