Products are not printing to cloud print form POS on terminal

Products not printing to cloud printers from Mobile POS


If products are not printing to your cloud printers when using Mobile POS, this is likely due to your category structure.


Solution: Terminal POS currently only works with main categories. Products must be placed directly in main categories and cannot be in subcategories.



To fix this issue:

  1. Log into POS Backoffice
  2. Go to Settings > Products
  3. Check which categories your products are assigned to
  4. Move any products you want to print from Mobile POS from subcategories to main categories
  5. Ensure all products you want to print are in main categories only


Example:

  • Supported: Product → Main Category (e.g., "Drinks")
  • Not supported: Product → Main Category → Subcategory (e.g., "Drinks" → "Cocktails")


Once your products are moved to main categories, cloud printing should work correctly from Terminal POS.
