Kitchen printer errors
If products are not printing to your kitchen printer
If your new product isn’t printing to the kitchen printer, check these two key things:
In the POS backoffice, make sure the product is marked as "requires preparation" — this tells the system it needs to be printed.
In the POS app, go to Settings > Cloud printers, and ensure the product’s category is assigned to the correct kitchen printer.
Once both are set, your product should print correctly.
