How to activate Guest Marketing

How to activate and manage Guest Marketing

This article explains how to activate Guest Marketing in Superb, configure contact enrolment, and adjust or deactivate the feature after setup.

If you do not have the "Activate Guest Marketing" button please reach out to support and we will enable it for you in our backend.

Watch full tutorial here

Activate Guest Marketing

  1. Go to Settings → Marketing and Communication → Guest Marketing
  2. Click Activate

If the Activate button is not visible, contact Superb support — the feature needs to be enabled in the back end before you can proceed.

Enrol existing guests

Choose what to do with the guests already in your guest book:

  • If you are migrating from another provider, Superb can upload your previous guest book
  • If you have existing guests, enrol all of them to start with the largest possible audience
  • If you have no existing contacts, this choice does not affect your setup

Set future guest enrolment

Choose how new guests are added to Guest Marketing going forward:

  • Enrol all future guests automatically — every new guest is added to Guest Marketing; this grows your audience fastest
  • Enrol guests manually — new guests are not added automatically; you choose who to enrol

Review cost and confirm activation

Before confirming, review the cost estimate on the page. The first 1,000 contacts in your guest book are free — paid by Superb.
Click Continue to reach the confirmation screen. This shows:

Click Submit to activate Guest Marketing.

Adjust enrolment after activation

Go to Settings → Marketing and Communication → Guest Marketing at any time to:

  • Enrol existing guests who were not added during initial setup
  • Toggle automatic enrolment of new guests on or off

Deactivate Guest Marketing

Go to Settings → Marketing and Communication → Guest Marketing and click Deactivate. A confirmation prompt will appear explaining that all marketing activity will stop. Confirm to deactivate, or cancel to keep Guest Marketing active.
