Basic Inventory Management in Superb POS – Overview


Superb’s basic inventory tool helps you track long-shelf-life goods like wine bottles and dry products.


What You Can Do:

  • Upload your product stock
  • Add or deduct stock (e.g. when receiving or selling items)
  • Export a stock report to share with your accountant


⚠️ Not for recipe or fresh food tracking – this tool is meant for dry and bottled goods only.


How to use it:

  • When creating a product, update the “Adjustment” field:
    • +10 = Add 10 units
    • -5 = Deduct 5 units
  • Export a full stock report anytime for an up-to-date overview.
