How to use the table plan and reservations in Superb POS

The table plan in Superb POS shows all tables and their status. Staff can open a bill from a table and see reservations without leaving the POS.

Read the table plan

Each table shows:

• An open bill, if the table has one
• The number of guests
• A timer, if the table timer is on
• The next reservation for the table

Turn on the table timer

The table timer shows how long ago a table was last updated. Use the timer to see tables that may need attention.

1. Go to the POS settings.
2. Turn on the table timer.
3. Open the table plan. Each table shows the time since the last update.

Open a bill on a table

1. Open the table plan.
2. Tap a free table.
3. Add items. A new bill opens on the table.

See reservations in the POS

The Reservations tab shows upcoming and previous reservations. The Reservations feature must be turned on for your venue.

1. Open the Reservations tab.
2. Filter by day, time, room or table.
3. Select a reservation.
4. Seat the guests and open a new bill.
