What you need

  • A Superb Partner account with access to Settings
  • A payment method saved in your Superb account, to buy SMS credits

Open your SMS settings

All SMS options for bookings are in one place in your Partner account.

  1. Log in to your Partner account.
  2. Go to Settings → Marketing and Communication → SMS.

Direct link: SMS settings.

Set the SMS sender name

The sender name is the name your guests see as the sender of the SMS.

  1. Go to Settings → Marketing and Communication → SMS.
  2. Enter a Sender ID of up to 9 characters. Use your restaurant name or a recognisable abbreviation.
  3. Click Save.

Every change in the SMS settings requires a click on Save.

Reminder SMS are sent to guests before their booking.

  1. Go to Settings → Marketing and Communication → SMS.
  2. Turn reminder SMS on or off.
  3. When reminder SMS are on, edit the text of the reminder message.
  4. Click Save.

Your SMS credit balance shows how many SMS you can still send.

  2. Look under Credit Balance.

Unused SMS from your previous SMS plan are already included in the Credit Balance.

Buy SMS credits with a one-time top-up

A one-time top-up adds a fixed number of SMS credits to your account immediately.

  1. Go to Settings → Marketing and Communication → SMS.
  2. Click Refill Now.
  3. Choose how many SMS credits to buy.
  4. On the payment page, select your payment method and complete the payment.

Set up automatic SMS refill

Automatic refill buys SMS credits for you when your SMS credit balance runs low.

  1. Go to Settings → Marketing and Communication → SMS.
  2. Turn on automatic refill.
  3. Choose the number of SMS credits to top up with each time.
  4. Click Save.

The top-up is triggered when your SMS credit balance goes below 30 SMS. The amount is charged to your default payment method — the same payment method you pay your Superb subscription with.
