How to register your POS on the Italian Revenue Agency portal

Register your POS card terminal on the Agenzia delle Entrate (Italian Revenue Agency) portal, as required for every merchant that stores and transmits corrispettivi (reported sales).

What you need

Access to the Agenzia delle Entrate portal with SPID, CIE, or Fisconline/Entratel credentials
The serial number of the Card Terminal (the Terminal ID)
The Merchant ID from your Superb account
The acquirer details listed in this article

Who must register a POS with the Agenzia delle Entrate

From 1 March 2025, every merchant that uses a registratore telematico (networked fiscal recorder) or a POS system to store and transmit corrispettivi (reported sales) must register those devices on the Agenzia delle Entrate portal.

Registration applies to:

Restaurants, bars, and cafés
All merchants that issue scontrini fiscali elettronici (electronic fiscal receipts)
Anyone using a registratore telematico connected to the Agenzia delle Entrate

Find the Terminal ID of the Card Terminal

The Terminal ID is the serial number printed on the label on the back of the Card Terminal, at the bottom, shown as S/N under the barcode.

The Terminal ID is also in Partner under Settings → Payment → Terminal assigned (https://partner.superbexperience.com/settings/payment/status).

Find the acquirer details for the registration

The acquirer details are the same for every Superb card terminal.

Codice Fiscale (Italian tax code): 97980620153

Find the Convenzione (Merchant ID) in your Superb account

The Convenzione requested by the portal is the Merchant ID of your Superb account.

Go to https://res.superbexperience.com
Click Settings
Go to Payment
Read the Merchant ID under Account holder

Register the POS device on the Fatture e Corrispettivi portal

The registration is completed on Fatture e Corrispettivi, the Agenzia delle Entrate portal for invoices and reported sales. These steps apply to a physical POS card terminal.

Go to the Fatture e Corrispettivi portal of the Agenzia delle Entrate.
Log in with SPID, CIE, or Fisconline/Entratel credentials.
Open the section for registratori telematici.
Select Registra nuovo dispositivo (register new device).
Enter the Terminal ID: the serial number from the back of the Card Terminal (S/N).
Enter the Acquirer: Adyen N.V.
Enter the Codice Fiscale Acquirer: 97980620153
Enter the Convenzione (Merchant ID): the Merchant ID from your Superb account.
Complete the remaining fields requested by the portal.
Confirm and save the registration.

Verify that the POS registration succeeded

After saving the registration, check that the device appears correctly in the list of your registratori telematici on the Fatture e Corrispettivi portal.

Penalties for not registering the POS

Failing to register the POS within the required deadline can result in:

Administrative fines
Blocked transmission of corrispettivi (reported sales)
