How to manage your experiences list

Experiences are bookable add-ons to a reservation, for example a tasting menu or a set menu. All experiences are listed in Settings → Experiences.

Show or hide experiences online

1. Go to Settings → Experiences.
2. Turn Show online on to show experiences in the online booking flow.
3. Turn Allow skipping experiences on to let guests book without choosing an experience.

Turn one experience on or off

Use the toggle on the row of the experience. Turning an experience off does not delete it.

Change the order of experiences

Drag an experience by the handle on the left. Guests see the experiences in the same order.

Find an experience

Use the search bar to search by name, section or price.

Edit an experience

1. Click the pencil icon on the experience.
2. Change the name, price, image, rooms, description or available days.
3. Save. The save button is active after a change.

Use Link to experience to copy a direct booking link to the experience.

Delete an experience

Click the bin icon on the experience and confirm.
