How to find products and add a manual item

Superb POS has three ways to add items to a bill: search by name, filter by category, or add a manual item.

Search for a product by name

1. Tap the search field on the product screen.
2. Type part of the product name.
3. Tap the product in the results to add it to the bill.

Filter products by category

1. Tap a category on the product screen, for example Drinks.
2. Only products in that category are shown.
3. Clear the filter to show all products again.

Add a manual item

A manual item is an item that is not in your product list. Use a manual item for one-off charges or special requests.

1. On the bill, select Manual item.
2. Enter a name for the item.
3. Enter the price.
4. Confirm. The manual item is added to the bill.

Send a manual item to the kitchen

Turn on Require preparation on the manual item to send the manual item to the kitchen, like a normal dish.
