How to connect e-conomic to Superb
Send your daily sales, VAT, tips, fees and payouts to e-conomic automatically.
The e-conomic integration sends a summary of each day to e-conomic after the day is closed. The summary includes sales, VAT, tips, fees and payouts. Nobody needs to type the till report into the books.
What you need
- An e-conomic subscription with write access. A read-only subscription cannot receive data.
- Owner access to e-conomic, to install the Superb app
Step 1: Connect e-conomic
- In Partner, open the Account system settings.
- In Economy system, choose e-conomic (Denmark).
- Click Install Superb App. e-conomic opens.
- In e-conomic, click Add app.
- Copy the API token that e-conomic shows. The token is shown only once.
- Paste the token in the API key / Token field in Partner.
Partner shows "Economy system connected". If you closed the token window before copying, remove the Superb app in e-conomic and install it again.
Step 2: Map your accounts
- Under Account mapping, choose an e-conomic account for each field: Fees, Tips, Online Sales, Report deviation, Payouts, Invoices, Card Transaction and Gift cards.
- Under e-conomic setup, choose the Journal for Superb's entries. Optionally choose a Dimension (department).
- Map each of your payment types under Miscellaneous categories.
- Map each of your VAT rates.
- Click Save Changes.
All fields search your e-conomic chart of accounts. You can change the mapping at any time.
Good to know
- Data is sent day by day, not as one file for a longer period.
- If sales do not appear in e-conomic, check that your e-conomic subscription has write access.
