Reservation symbols and statuses

Booking Symbols and Statuses – What They Mean

→ Hover over the reservation to read it. | x |

*Ghost Symbol 👻* | The no-show fee feature is active, and the guest has added credit card details.

→ If they don’t show up, you can charge the no-show fee. | |

*Credit Card Symbol* | The guest has prepaid for the experience or event.

→ Double-click the reservation to see the amount paid. | |

*🟡 Yellow* – *On Hold* | The guest started booking online and has 15 minutes to complete it.

If not completed, the reservation expires and the table is released. | |

🟠 Orange – Confirmed	The booking was completed online. These are confirmed guests.
🟢 Green – Pending Reconfirmation	The guest needs to reconfirm. If enabled, a reconfirmation email is sent.
⚪ Grey – Completed	The reservation has been fulfilled.
