This is how you write a new Help Center article

Choose the large font size for titles.


This is the "subtitle" of the article

Choose the middle font size for subtitles.


This is where you start writing the content of the article. Choose the smallest font size.


This is a call out box for TIPS & TRICKS - information you want users to easily be able to find, e.g. short summaries or the thing the customer could action (optional)


This is a call out box for INFORMATION box as in "this is the information that you, customer, need to complete", e.g. accounting integration links, requesting setups, billing (non-optional)


This is a call out box for WARNINGS, e.g. "don't put your gift card link live until your KYC has been approved" (danger zone)



Use dividers if you are writing in "Steps" as in Step 1, line separator, Step 2, line separator.


Tables like the one below is when we need an "overview" style of what we need to convey, such as "booking symbols"
