My internet is out: How to issue a fiscal receipt directly from the keyboard

Here is how you can do a fiscal receipt directly from the small keyboard and the fiscal printer in the case you are running without internet

  1. Connect the Epson keypad to its input on the back of the fiscal printer at the bottom (USB input)

  2. Type the amount on the keyboard without typing the comma, for example to issue a fiscal receipt for 1 euro, you need to type 100. Confirm that it shows 1,00 on the screen attached to the fiscale printer.

  3. Click "Rep.1" (department one)

  4. Click "Contante" and the receipt comes out of the printer.
