With Superb there are 3 different ways to register payments: Cash, Card and Miscellaneous.

To the Italian authorities, l'Agenzia delle Entrate, all Cash payments are registered as cash, all payments recorded as Card are registered as electronic payments (e.g. also Satispay) and all payments recorded as Miscellaneous are registered as "Ticket Restaurant" (i.e. as if they are expecting a future payment).

The latter mentioned is therefore not suitable for payments collected upfront.
