What to do when the image for your experience is not uploadning?

A good way to personalize your experience, and make them seem more inviting for your customers is to add images. This can be done on the experience itself directly.

However there can be some issues when doing so, so heres a quick troubleshooting guide.

  1. Check the size of the image-file, we do not allow images over 1 mb. If so you might want to decompress it. This can be done online, just search for decompress png or jpg.

  2. Check the name of the image - If the filename is to long, it might not upload either - If this is the case, please just try and rename the image to "image1" or similar, this should fix it.

  3. Check the images filetype - We recommend using png or jpeg.

Bonus

For the best result of your image, we recommend using the image size of 1000*600 pixels.
