In this article:
DOWNLOAD THE GUESTBOOK
1. From DASHBOARD, click the menu icon in the top left corner and select GUESTBOOK.
2. Select the GUESTS tab (not BOOKINGS).
3. Click DOWNLOAD AS CSV to download.
Note: VIP guests are marked with a star. Filter with VIP only to see VIPs.

You are also able to download and see all the diners that have agreed to marketing
The guestbook can then be downloaded in CSV, and filtered to only include the diners that have opted in to marketing. The you can uplaod this into your external marketing tool

Search for a guest using the search field.
By default, their name and number of visits are shown.
Select the guest to see their full profile details – name, email, phone number, and profile notes.
