Many restaurants have a rotating team of waitstaff, and not all may be equally experienced. Regardless of experience level, this feature enables the floor team to monitor tables that haven’t been attended to within a specified time frame.

How to active it:

  1. Navigate to backoffice on your Superb POS app.

  2. Navigate to Settings

  3. Select TABLE REMINDERS

  4. Toggle on and customise your reminders
