This guide explains how to move bills and reservations between tables in the POS app, RES apps, and web partner.
Moving a bill in POS
The 'Move a Bill' feature allows you to move a bill directly from one table to another in the POS app.
What happens when you move a bill
- All items in the bill automatically move to the new table
- No need to manually add or remove items
- The reservation automatically moves with the bill
- Updated information shows in POS app, RES apps, and web partner
Moving a reservation
Reservations can be moved from POS app, RES apps, or web partner.
Moving in the Superb POS app
- The reservation moves to the new table
- The bill moves with the reservation
- Updates automatically appear in RES apps and web partner
Moving from the Superb RES apps or web partner
- The reservation moves to the new table
- The bill does NOT move with the reservation
- The bill stays at the original table
- Updates appear in POS app after refreshing
Best practice recommendation
When a table has an open bill:
✅ Move from POS app - Both bill and reservation move together
❌ Avoid moving from RES apps or web partner - Only reservation moves, bill stays behind
This ensures the bill and reservation stay together, avoiding confusion during service.
