Setting Up the Workfeed Integration with Superb

This guide walks you through how to connect your Superb POS system with Workfeed, so your sales data flows automatically into your Workfeed schedule.


How It Works

Once the integration is active, Superb will send your daily sales data to Workfeed automatically. You'll be able to see your revenue and labor rate directly in your Workfeed schedule, making it easier to plan staffing based on expected sales.

Please note: Superb sends data to Workfeed once per day. This means today's sales will appear in Workfeed the following day.


Step 1 — Contact Workfeed Support

The integration is set up on Workfeed's side. You don't need to generate any tokens or IDs yourself.

To get started, reach out to Workfeed support via the chat on their website at workfeed.io and let them know you'd like to activate the Superb POS integration.

Workfeed will create an API token and send it directly to Superb — you don't need to handle this part yourself.


Step 2 — Confirmation from Superb

Once Workfeed has shared the token with us, we will complete the setup on our end. We'll notify you when the integration is active.


Step 3 — Check Your Settings in Workfeed

Once the integration is live, make sure sales data is visible in your schedule:

  1. Open Workfeed and go to your Schedule view
  2. Click the 👁️ icon in the top right corner
  3. Make sure POS data is toggled on

You should then see a Sales figure appear below each day in your schedule.


Step 4 — Match Departments (if applicable)

If you have multiple departments or locations, you can control which sales data appears in each department:

  1. Go to Settings → Integrations → Superb → Match Departments
  2. Match each Workfeed department with the corresponding Superb department


Troubleshooting

I don't see any sales data in Workfeed

  • Go to Settings → Integrations and check that the Superb integration shows "Integrated" in green
  • Remember that data only appears for past days — today's data will show tomorrow
  • Make sure POS data is enabled via the 👁️ icon in the schedule view

I only see data in the Dashboard, not the Schedule

  • Click the 👁️ icon in the top right of the schedule view and enable POS data
