Implement your payment terminal

Remote POS Terminal Implementation

This guide explains how to set up and test your POS terminal remotely.

Initial Setup Instructions


  1. Turn on the Terminal
  2. Set the Language: Click on + to add your language
  3. To set your language, ex. Danish as the primary language, press and hold on the lines to the right of "Danish", Drag upward to reorder: 1. Danish, 2. English
  4. Set up wifi: The terminal will automatically prompt you to configure WiFi - follow the on-screen instructions.


You will see the home screen displaying "Superb" or "Superb Pay"



At the bottom, you'll find 3 buttons:

  • Settings
  • Transactions
  • Payments


Software Update
  1. Click on Settings, select Device Info and click on Software Version
  2. When prompted for a PIN, enter: 1010
  3. Click on Update


Verify the Update


Check that the update has completed successfully before proceeding.


Test Payment

Once the terminal is updated, perform a test payment:

  1. Click on Payments
  2. Enter the amount
  3. Select no tip
  4. Complete the payment


Test Refund

Now test the refund function:

  1. Click on Transazioni (Transactions)
  2. Click on Nuova Transazione (New Transaction)
  3. Select the Rimborso (Refund) option
  4. Enter the PIN when prompted
  5. Complete the refund


The terminal PIN depends on the format:


4-digit PIN: 1010

6-digit PIN: 101010

Keep this PIN secure for future terminal management tasks.
