Connect your cash drawer

If you want the cash drawer to open automatically:

1. Make sure the cash drawer is plugged into the printer. It has a smaller connector cable that looks like an old phone cable and goes into the printer.
2. In the POS app, switch to settings in the top left corner → Settings → Printers, and make sure there is a checkmark under Cash Drawer.
3. Ensure the printer is turned on for the drawer to work.

Which cash drawers are compatible with Superb?

Cash drawers are integrated directly into your printer.

Superb recommends using printers from Star Micronics and their cash drawers. However, all cash drawers are universally compatible with the Star mc-print3 printer that you received from us. We recommend model Star CB-2002.
